Tŵr mawr haearn yng nghanol Paris yw Tŵr Eiffel (Ffrangeg tour Eiffel /tuʀ ɛfɛl/). Saif ar y Champs de Mars ar lan Afon Seine. Cwblheuwyd y tŵr yn 1889 yn ôl dyluniad gan y peirianydd Gustave Eiffel. Pan y'i hadeiladwyd, Tŵr Eiffel oedd y stwythur uchaf yn y byd. Arhosodd felly tan 1930, pryd adeiladwyd yr Adeilad Chrysler yn Efrog Newydd. Mae'n enwog heddiw fel delwedd o Baris ac o Ffrainc yn rhyngwladol.

Apparently the Eiffel Tower grows in summer! Made of iron, it expands with heat & can get more than 15 cm taller.

The views at night was the best. You can either catch a lift to the top or brave taking the stairs. Dining at one of the two on-site restaurants is a must do and made it a trip to remember.

I went there for fun, the joy of being on the top, and sightseeing. I'd suggest buying the tickets in advance to avoid the long queues.

The famous landmark! Take a tour to the summit that cost €17 for an adult. Beware of pickpocket in the elevator! Enjoy the view on 2nd and top floor and visit the souvenirs shop. Bring jacket!
